Pursuant to the State of Alaska Division of Insurance Order No. R92-1, dated May 4, 1992, the minimum charge (which is usually $250.00) for providing a Report / Committment for Title Insurance must be billed for and paid within 30 days of the receipt of the Report / Commitment for Title Insurance. This fee cannot be waived. This charge will be applied towards the actual title insurance premium quoted on our commitment and in accordance with our filed rate schedule, or will be applied to our cancellation fee in the event the file is cancelled.
