Pursuant to the State of Alaska Division of Insurance, the
minimum fee due is $250.00 (Approved customers will be billed.)

When you are getting ready to place your title order, please keep in mind the following tips:

Buyer/Seller

Complete names of the purchaser(s) and marital status. If parties use initials of any kind, the full name of the individual must be provided to make an accurate search of the record.

Complete names of the seller(s) and marital status.

When a purchaser or seller has a fairly common name (e.g. Johnson, Smith, etc.), complete name, including middle initials/names and social security numbers are especially beneficial to eliminate any identity questions.

Property Address

The street address (not a P.O. Box Number) allows a cross-check with the legal description to assure the correct property is being searched. If the land is vacant, cross streets are helpful.

Legal Description

A full and complete legal description speeds the searching process. If you are unable to provide a legal description, the tax account number is an immediate reference to locate the property.
